SAUSAGE BREAD 
1 loaf frozen bread dough
1 lb. hot sausage
1 c. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
Paprika

Defrost bread dough; but don't let rise. Brown sausage and drain, saving grease. Spread dough with hands in a 9 x 13 inch jelly roll pan. Mix sausage, cheese and eggs. Spread mix on dough. Roll dough lengthwise, pinching closed ends and seam. Laying seam on bottom, place corner to corner on pan. Pour saved grease over entire roll. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. best served warm. If freezing, let cool COMPLETELY first.
