SCALLOPED CHEESE TOMATOES 
1 1/2 c. herb stuffing mix
1 can (20 oz.) tomatoes, 2 1/2 cups
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. thinly sliced onion, separated into rings

Place stuffing mix in 2 quart casserole or baking dish. Heat tomatoes, sugar, butter, garlic salt and oregano; pour over stuffing mix. Top with cheese and onion. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. 4 to 6 servings.
