SCALLOPED TOMATOES | |
1 c. bread crumbs 2 tsp. bacon grease 1 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 (#2) can of tomatoes 1/2 c. dried onions 1/2 tsp. salt Combine all of the above ingredients. Put in oven with cover until onions are completely done. When done, cover tomatoes with 1 cup cracker crumbs and melted butter. Put in oven until crumbs are brown. Tomatoes are ready to serve. |
