DATE RITZ CRACKERS 
1 box Ritz crackers
1 can sweetened condensed milk
8 oz. chopped dates
1/4 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. pecans
3 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook dates and milk, stirring constantly until thick. Add pecans. Cool. Spread on crackers and bake for 5 to 8 minutes. Cool completely. Combine butter, cream cheese and vanilla; beat until smooth and creamy. Add sugar slowly; mix until smooth. Spread desired amount on top of cooled crackers. Let set until firm. Great at parties!
