BEST - EVER LEMON SUPREME
DESSERT
 
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 sm. can frozen lemonade or limeade
60 Ritz crackers
1 stick butter

Crush crackers and reserve 3/4 cup for topping. Mix remainder of crumbs with melted butter and press into 8x12 or 9x13 pan. Stir thawed lemonade into Eagle Brand milk and add lemon juice. It will start to thicken slightly when lemon juice is added. Fold in Cool Whip.

Pour filling over crumbs and top with reserved crumbs. Refrigerate overnight. Cut into squares to serve. Garnish with fresh fruit, maraschino cherries, etc.
