LINDA'S SOUR CREAM CHOCOLATE
CAKE
 
1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
3/4 c. sour cream

Combine water, butter and chocolate in saucepan. Bring slowly to a boil, stirring constantly to melt chocolate. Remove from heat. Stir in combined dry ingredients. Add eggs and sour cream, stirring well after each addition. Mix well. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
