MILLIONAIRE'S PIE 
21 Ritz crackers
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
3/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 egg whites
1 c. granulated sugar
2/3 c. walnuts
1 (10 inch) pie plate

Roll crackers to fine crumbs and add chopped nuts. Beat egg whites very stiff, adding sugar and vanilla. Fold in crumbs and nuts and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Blend confectioners' sugar and cream cheese and spread over cooled shell. Whip heavy cream and fold in drained pineapple. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with nuts and refrigerate for a few hours.
