BRAN MUFFINS 
4 c. wheat bran flake cereal with raisins
2 1/2 c. flour (whole wheat)
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. vegetable oil

Combine first 5 ingredients. Make a well in center of mixture. Add eggs, buttermilk and oil. Stir just enough until moistened. Spoon the batter into greased muffin pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
