CHICKEN WINGS 
2 lbs. chicken wings

MARINADE:

1/3 c. plain yogurt
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
3 garlic cloves
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. oregano

1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Marinate chicken in above marinade at least 2 hours at room temperature or overnight. Then chill for another hour (on your baking sheet) after rolling in the bread crumbs and cheese mixture. (It is best to line your baking sheets in foil.) Sprinkle with cayenne pepper and drizzle with butter before baking. 375 degrees, 30 minutes.

Serves 10-12.
