CHICKEN WINGS 
MARINADE:

1 c. soy sauce
1 c. wine
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. ginger
2 cloves garlic, cut up

Marinate 5 pounds of wings for up to 2 days. Lay single file on deep baking pan and bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
