DELICIOUS CHICKEN WINGS 
60 chicken wings.

MARINADE:

3/4 c. soy sauce
1 (2 lb.) jar apricot, peach, or pineapple jam
5 tbsp. granulated sugar
4 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
3/4 tsp. monosodium glutamate

Cut chicken wings in 3 pieces at joints; discard tip. Combine marinade ingredients and brush over drumstick wings. Roast in pan at 350 degrees approximately 2 hours. Baste frequently. If made day before, save out a little of the marinade to use as a basting sauce when you reheat them, or serve cold. Serves 10 to 15.
