CHICKEN WINGS 
MARINADE:

1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. apricot nectar
4 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. ginger
2 cloves garlic, chopped
10 drops Tabasco
2 tsp. lemon juice
3 tsp. vinegar

3 lbs. chicken wings

Mix marinade ingredients. Put wings in marinade in covered dish in refrigerator overnight. Bake 350 degrees 1 hour. Freeze. Bake (without thawing) 450 degrees until brown breaking apart with a fork as it cooks.
