TRADITIONAL PAPAS CON ESPINACA
DE BOLIVIA
 
5 potatoes, scrubbed and chopped
1 can tomato sauce
1 sq. frozen chopped spinach

Fry potatoes in oil until almost tender. Add tomato sauce and frozen spinach and cover. Stir occasionally until spinach is thawed. Season to taste with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, thyme, chili powder.
