CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 can French fried onions
1 c. long grain rice, uncooked
1/2 to 1 c. grated cheese
4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts
1 can chicken broth
1 can chicken-mushroom soup
1 can golden mushroom soup (optional)

1. Layer onions in buttered casserole dish. 2. Then layer rice and grated cheese. 3. Place chicken pieces on top of this (uncooked). 4. Cover with chicken broth. 5. Top with soups(s) and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
