CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. water
1 c. chopped celery
2 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. mayonnaise
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 can French fried onion rings

Combine all ingredients together, except onion rings. Pour into casserole and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with onion rings and bake 10 minutes longer.
