CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen Green Giant Rice Pilaf
2 pkg. frozen Green Giant Broccoli & Cheese
6 1/2 chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can mushroom pieces
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Durkee french fried onions

Boil chicken until done, debone, remove skin and cut into cubes. Set aside. Prepare frozen rice and broccoli according to package directions. In 9 x 13 inch casserole, spread rice pilaf, then broccoli over rice, then chicken. In a bowl, mix together soup, mushroom pieces (with juice) and mayonnaise until blended. Pour evenly over chicken. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle fried onions on top and bake another 10 minutes (or until onions are brown). Serves 8.
