CHICKEN BROCCOLI BAKE 
2 sm. or 1 lg. pkg. frozen broccoli
3 1/2 lb. chicken, cooked and boned
Velveeta or other processed cheese
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can water chestnuts
1 can French fried onion rings

In a well greased 9 x 13 inch pan put broccoli and chicken. Lay cheese slices evenly on top. Mix mayonnaise and mushroom soup and spread over cheese. Sprinkle with water chestnuts.

Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven, sprinkle with onion rings and bake 15 to 20 minutes longer.
