CHICKEN-BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. broccoli cuts, thawed
4 lbs. chicken, cooked & cubed
1 pkg. Old English cheese slices
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayo
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can fried onion rings

In 9"x13" pan, place broccoli, then chicken, then cheese. Combine mayo, soup and spread on cheese slices. Layer water chestnuts on top of mayo and soup mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Sprinkle onion rings on top. Bake 15 minutes more.
