CHICKEN-BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4-6 chicken breasts
2 boxes frozen broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. butter

Boil chicken and dice. Cook broccoli and drain. Line bottom of casserole with broccoli and sprinkle chicken over this. Mix soups, lemon juice, and mayonnaise. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle cheese over soup mixture. Put bread crumbs over top and pour melted butter over that. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until browned.
