CHICKEN-BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts (cooked and diced)
1 bunch fresh broccoli (cooked)
2 (4 oz.) cans sliced mushrooms (drained) (optional)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. lemon juice
Grated cheese

Layer chicken, broccoli and mushrooms in 8 1/2 x 11 inch casserole. Mix soup, mayonnaise, curry powder and lemon juice and pour in casserole. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Microwave: Cook on high for 10 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
