HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
2# bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1 stick melted butter
1 pkg. sour cream (sm. carton)
1 c. diced onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
2 c. crushed potato chips

Thaw potatoes. Combine all ingredients except potato chips. Spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with crushed potato chips. Bake uncovered for 1 1/4 hours at 375 degrees. Serves 8 to 10 people.
