HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1 (32 oz.) bag hash browns
1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz
1 sm. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup or celery soup
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 stick butter

Mix all ingredients together. Put in cake pan. Mix together 2 cups of crushed cornflakes and 1/2 cup of melted butter. Put over top. Bake at 450 degrees for 45 minutes.
