SAVORY CRESCENT CHICKEN SQUARES 
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp. butter, melted
2 c. cooked, diced chicken
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) can Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. chopped onion
3/4 c. croutons, crushed

Saute chicken, onion, salt, pepper in 2 tablespoons butter (reserve 1 tablespoon butter for later) until chicken is done. Set aside and allow to cool.

In medium bowl, blend cream cheese and milk until smooth. Add to chicken and mix well. Separate crescent dough into 4 rectangles and pinch to seal perforations. Spoon meat mixture into the center of each rectangle. Pull corner of dough up and pinch to seal edges. Brush tops with butter and sprinkle with crushed croutons. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
