GERMAN SLAW 
1 med. sized cabbage
1 lg. onion
1 or 2 green peppers
Salt
3/4 c. Wesson oil
3/4 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed

Chop up cabbage, onion, green peppers; salt this and set aside. Mix oil, vinegar, sugar and celery seed and boil for 5 minutes. Cool slightly and pour over cabbage. Refrigerate; delicious with fish. Will keep for 7 days.
