BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
8 slices white bread
3/4 c. butter, melted
2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
2 c. cooked broccoli, chopped
2 c. cubed ham
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Cube bread and toss with melted butter in bowl. Layer in buttered 9 x 13 inch pan: 1/2 bread, 1/2 cheese, 1/2 broccoli, all of ham, remaining broccoli, and remaining cheese. Beat eggs, milk, and seasonings. Pour over layers. Refrigerate overnight (or at least two hours). Bake in 350 degree oven for one hour or until brown and puffy.
