BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
8 slices white bread, crusts removed, cut in quarters
2 1/2 c. ham, chopped
1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Combine:

6 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Grease a 9x13 pan and layer top ingredients in order given, lining bottom with bread pieces first.

Then combine other ingredients and beat well. Pour over ingredients in casserole. Refrigerate overnight.

Take out 1/2 hour before baking and sprinkle with 3 cups crushed corn flakes mixed with 1/2 cup melted butter. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 40 minutes.
