BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
8 slices of white bread, crust removed
1 lb. ham, fat removed
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 c. melted butter
3 eggs, beaten
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. milk

Break bread into bite-size pieces and place in a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Arrange meat on top of bread and sprinkle cheese over all. Pour melted butter over next. Beat eggs, add salt, mustard and milk. Pour over all. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 10 to 12.
