TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
3/4 c. water
1 med. head lettuce torn in small pieces
2 lg. tomatoes cut in wedges
1 sm. onion cut in slices and separated into rings
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. ripe olives, sliced
2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 (7 1/2 oz.) bag of corn chips

In large skillet brown beef sprinkle with onion soup mix and stir in water. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Meanwhile combine all remaining ingredients except corn chips in large bowl and toss well. Arrange on individual salad plates top next with corn chips and then meat. Serves 4 to 6.
