SEAFOAM SALAD 
1 c. pear juice
1 pkg. lime Jello (3 oz.)
2 sm. cream cheese or one large
2 tsp. cream
1 qt. canned pears, mashed
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Heat pear juice and pour over Jello in bowl. While still hot, pour over cheese that has been mashed with cream. Works best to beat with electric mixer. When cooler and thickened, add mashed pears. Fold in whipped cream.
