5 lb. potatoes 2 8 oz. sour cream 2 8 oz. cream cheese 2 sticks butter salt and pepper to taste Peel and boil potatoes until tender. Drain. Add all remaining ingredients, mix well. Place in large baking dish. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until fully heated. This tastes best after it has cooled some. |
