YUMMY POTATOES 
2 lb. potatoes, peeled
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 large sour cream
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
2 tbsp. butter, melted
onions

Shred potatoes. Mix soup, sour cream, cheese, butter, salt and pepper. Mix all together in casserole dish. Top with crushed crackers mixed with butter.

Bake in preheated oven at 350°F for about 1 1/2 hours.
