CECIL'S PEPPER RELISH 
1 doz. bell peppers (6 red and 6 green)
2 doz. banana peppers
7 med. onions
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. salt
3 hot peppers
3 c. 90 grain vinegar
2 tbsp. mustard seed

Grind all items separately place each in a bowl. Then when you are ready to mix drain the juices off. (Save the juice you may need them through the cooking process). Cook all of the ingredients together until tender and has thicken add some of the reserved juices if need be. Pour into jars and seal. This is very good on roast especially on pork.
