PEPPER STEAKS 
2 lbs. round steak
2 onions
2 lg. green peppers
2 c. celery
1 sm. can tomato sauce
2 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. cornstarch
Garlic powder
Salt & pepper
1 c. water

Cut steak in strips. Sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper and brown in oil; add tomato sauce and soy sauce. Cook until tender. Add onions, peppers and celery. Cook 30 minutes. Mix cornstarch with water and add to steak to thicken. Serve over noodles.
