HOOTIE'S GOLDEN PARMESAN
POTATOES
 
6 lg. potatoes
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. butter

Peel and quarter potatoes. Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in paper bag. Moisten potatoes and shake a few at a time to coat with mixture. Melt butter in 9x13x2 inch pan. Place potatoes in single layer and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour, turning once during baking. When golden brown, remove from oven, sprinkle with parsley, if desired and serve.
