GOLDEN PARMESAN POTATOES 
6 med. potatoes
1-1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 stick butter

Peel and pare potatoes. Place Bisquick and cheese in baggy. Coat potatoes with above mixture. Melt butter in cake pan. Place coated potatoes, cut side down in melted butter. Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour (until golden brown).
