GOLDEN BARBECUED POTATO SLICES 
4 lg. all purpose potatoes, scrubbed and cut lengthwise in 1/2 inch slices
1/2 c. lemon Herbed Marinade

LEMON HERBED MARINADE:

1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 green onions, cut in 2 inch lengths
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. lemon and herb seasoning
1 tsp. fennel seeds

Mix all ingredients in blender until thick and creamy.

Place potatoes on a sprayed piece of foil and place over medium heat on grill. Brush with marinade. Cook for 20 minutes, turning and basting until potatoes are golden and tender.
