BAKED CRABS 
1 c. bread crumbs
4 cloves garlic
4 hot peppers
1 lb. crabmeat
2 lg. onions
5 stalks celery
2 eggs
Milk

Cook onions, garlic, celery and peppers in butter until light brown. Add crabmeat to bread crumbs. Add milk to get desired moisture (not too wet).

Combine onion mixture, salt and pepper to crab mixture. Juice of 3 lemons may be added. Top with toasted bread crumbs and place a pat of butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
