BAKED CRAB IMPERIAL 
4 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 lb. crabmeat

Saute above together, then place in casserole dish. Put all of the following in blender: 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 tbsp. flour Few drops of Tabasco sauce 1/2 to 3/4 c. grated Jarlsburg cheese

Pour over crabmeat. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
