BANANA MUFFINS 
1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
3 bananas
3 tbsp. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. all-purpose flour

1. With electric mixer, beat sugar and oil.

2. Add eggs, then bananas. Beat thoroughly.

3. Dissolve soda in sour cream.

4. Turn mixer to low speed. Slowly add sour cream to banana mixture.

5. Sift in flour and continue to mix gently until blended.

6. Fill muffin cups and bake. If bananas are small we use 4.
