BAR-B-Q SHRIMP 
5 pods garlic, pressed
6 lbs. lg. Gulf shrimp
3 lemons, sliced
A dash of salt
A dash of rosemary
A dash of oregano
A dash of creole pepper
3 sticks butter
1/4 c. shortening
6 tsp. bar-b-que spice

In a 9 x 12 inch baking dish, place lemons, salt, rosemary, oregano and creole pepper. Put shrimp over this and sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. In a saucepan, over medium heat, melt butter and shortening. Add bar-b-que and garlic. Pour over shrimp and bake in a 400 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes, depending on size of shrimp. Serve with French bread and potatoes or green salad. Serves 6.
