LEMON BAR-B-Q SHRIMP | |
2 1/2 lbs. lg. fresh shrimp 1/2 c. lemon juice 1/4 c. Italian reduce-calorie salad dressing 1/2 c. water 1/4 c. soy sauce 3 tbsp. minced fresh parsley 3 tbsp. minced onion 1 clove garlic 1/2 tsp. ground pepper Peel and devein shrimp. Place in a large shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients in a jar. Cover tightly and shake vigorously. Pour marinade over shrimp. Cover and refrigerate (4) hours. Thread shrimp onto skewers. Broil or grill 5 to 6 inches from medium heat, 3 to 4 minutes on each side, basting frequently with marinade. |
