CHICKEN BREASTS IN HONEY SAUCE
2 whole chicken breasts, split in half
1 c. fresh orange juice
1 tsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 c. raspberry vinegar
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. honey
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. grated fresh ginger

Wash and pat dry chicken breasts. Place in a shallow dish. Combine orange juice, sesame and vegetable oils, vinegar, soy sauce, honey, pepper and fresh ginger. Blend well and pour over chicken parts. Cover dish and marinate for several hours or overnight. When ready to grill, place chicken breasts bone side down over medium - hot coals. Turn pieces every 8 to 10 minutes, brushing with marinade until breasts are cooked, about 20 to 25 minutes. Chicken is done when the breasts can be pierced easily with a cooking fork. Makes 4 servings.
