BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli cuts
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. onion
1 c. instant rice
1/2 stick butter
3/4 c. milk
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese

Cook broccoli according to directions on package; drain. Mix rest of ingredients together with cooked broccoli. Pour into 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
