BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 onion, diced
1 stick of butter
12 oz. or 16 oz. frozen broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. of instant rice
1 c. of grated cheese

Melt butter in pan with onions. Add broccoli until thawed. Add soup, rice and cheese. Stir together and put into casserole dish. Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
