MOM'S DRESSING 
2 cakes cornbread
1 whole pack crackers
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 tsp. poultry seasoning (or more to taste)
1/2 of the liquid from cooked turkey

Crumble cornbread and crackers in a large bowl. Add onion, celery, and poultry seasoning. Stir well. Then begin adding liquid and mixing. (I like for my dressing to be soupy so that it doesn't dry out when cooked.) Bake for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees or until brown.
