HAM PINEAPPLE LOAF 
1 1/2 c. pineapple chunks
1 can mushroom soup
2 eggs
1/4 c. ketchup
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. water
1 lb. cooked ham
1 c. dried bread crumbs
1 sm. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. green pepper
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place pineapple in buttered loaf pan. Set aside. Mix eggs with brown sugar. Add soup, ketchup and water. Add ham, bread crumbs, onions, green pepper and salt and pepper. Mix well and pack on top of pineapple. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
