PINEAPPLE - YOGURT MILKSHAKE 
1 (6 oz.) can frozen pineapple juice concentrate
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) carton vanilla yogurt
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. ice cubes

Combine all ingredients except ice in a blender. Blend until smooth. Slowly add ice, blending after each addition just until slushy. Serve in tall glass; decorate with fruit. (He doesn't cook, but he eats.)
