PINEAPPLE-MINT YOGURT DRINK 
1 (8 oz.) can juice-packed crushed pineapple, with juice
1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 c. skim milk
1 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. chopped fresh mint

In an electric blender or food processor, place the pineapple, yogurt, milk, sugar and mint, and whisk for 1 minute or until smooth and creamy. Pour into 2 tall glasses and serve. Serves 2. Preparation: 1 minute. Try this wholesome drink to supplement your diet as well as quench your thirst.
