3-4 chicken breasts, cooked & cubed
1 box Rice-a-Roni chicken flavor
1 1/4 c. black olives, sliced
1 c. mayonnaise
3 jars marinated artichoke hearts, chop & reserve liquid
4 green onions, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped

Cook Rice-a-Roni according to recipe on box. Cool; mix reserved artichoke liquid and mayonnaise. Mix all ingredients and chill overnight.
