CHICKEN ARTICHOKE RICE SALAD 
1 pkg. chicken Rice-a-Roni
2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. curry powder
3 green onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 sm. can sliced black olives, drained

Prepare Rice-a-Roni according to package directions. Drain artichokes, saving marinade. Mix marinade with mayonnaise and curry powder. Stir into rice mixture. Mix remaining ingredients into rice mixture. Refrigerate, keeps several days. Serves 8.
